SA TOURISM | R350-MILLION RECOVERED FROM IRREGULAR PAYMENTS

CAPE TOWN - A recent investigation has revealed financial irregularities within South African Tourism, uncovering several irregular payments made for services not rendered.

This has inevitably raised questions about compliance and internal control standards at the organisation.

Former executives are implicated in the processing of these irregular payments, originating from both the United States and South Africa offices of SA Tourism.

Spokesperson for the Minister of Tourism Zara Nicholson discussed this with eNCA.
