COSTA COFFEE UNVEILS BRAND NEW SUMMER FOOD AND DRINKS MENU

Costa Coffee has today launched its UK summer food and drinks menu, filled with delicious new and returning favourites.

The latest food offerings include two new savoury flatbreads, featuring tantalising flavours inspired by Middle Eastern cuisines.

Boasting bold flavours and fresh ingredients, the mouth-watering seasonal lunch options are to be served alongside the summer drinks menu.

The coffee chain's new flatbreads come in two sensational flavours - the Chicken Shawarma Flatbread and the new Tandoori Spiced Bhaji Flatbread (both from £4.05).

An ideal choice for a summery picnic lunch is the Chicken Shawarma Flatbread, which features shredded shawarma chicken complemented by a creamy garlic yoghurt and sweet chilli sauce.

It's topped with tangy pink pickled onions and spinach, all wrapped in a scrumptious harissa spiced flatbread - and perfectly paired with a Peach Iced Tea.

Or experience a fusion of flavours with the new vegetarian option, the Tandoori Spiced Bhaji Flatbread.

It features aromatic tandoori-spiced bhajis adorned with a refreshing cucumber and red onion raita dressing.

The delicious offering is enhanced with sweet mango chutney and fresh spinach, all encased in a flavourful garlic and herb flatbread.

Other new savoury options from the summer menu include the Fab Falafel and Houmous Wrap and the Sweet Chilli Chicken Wrap (both from £4.15).

The vegan Falafel and Houmous wrap was crafted in collaboration with renowned plant-based experts BOSH! - it combines flavourful spinach and pine kernel falafels with spiced chutney and houmous, accompanied by pink pickled onions for a satisfyingly wholesome bite.

Meanwhile, the Sweet Chilli Chicken version boasts succulent roast chicken breast with a vibrant slaw mix of Edamame Beans, shredded carrot and cabbage.

It's enhanced with a tangy sweet chilli sauce with crisp lettuce, all filled into a chilli-infused wrap.

And it's not just new lunch options that are on offer - foodies can kickstart their morning with the Mango and Passionfruit Bircher (from £2.65).

The yummy yoghurt has fresh apples and oats with a refreshing mango and passion fruit compote, finished with a sprinkle of coconut.

If you have a sweet tooth, why not try the new Triple Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake (from £3.65), featuring a biscuit base, topped with a baked vanilla batter with mouthwatering chocolate brownie dough balls.

The dessert is finished with a layer of chocolate fudge sauce and a sprinkle of chocolate biscuit crumbs.

Or the Bubble Frappe Gingerbread Biscuit (from £2.20), which is a delightful gingerbread biscuit, decorated with a coloured fondant icing in a wonderful bubble frappe design.
